Meet the Owners
Todd Mikel and Trisha Martin have more than 35 years combined industry experience. Since Griffen’s origination in 1982, the business has grown from two service technicians to include a fleet of service vehicles and more than 30 full-time employees. Through it all, Todd and Trisha have maintained the “customer first” attitude that has made their company a success.

Training
Our technicians undergo a five-year apprenticeship and training program and attend ongoing seminars and workshops. These programs give Griffen P&H, Inc. service technicians the skills and experience they need to do the job right every time.
